4.  Econo Furniture & Sound Mr. Hustle Award - A player that showcases his true ability at every game and at all  practices.  Enthusiastically plays an active role in off ice actives and displays his true colors at all times.

5.  Estevan Canadian Tire Top Scorer Award - Given to the player who accumulates the most points   throughout the regular season.

6.  CJ1280 Radio Most Sportsmanlike Player Award - The player who showcases sportsmanship throughout the season to the game, his teammates and his opponents.  A player who truly respects the game for what it is.

7. Abe Berday Memorial Scholastic Award - The player who excelled in the area of education and was in a recognized educational system within the community during his time with the hockey club.

8.  Enbridge Pipelines Most Improved Player - A player that has improved from day one with the team on and off the ice.  His abilities allowed him to portray his talents with the club while improving his abilities throughout the season.

9.  JL’s Bike & Skate Most Underrated Player Award - Every season there is one player who gives us 110%  every game and practice but is not recognized  This award exemplifies that player.  In addition to his efforts this player shows solid commitment to the club and the game of hockey.

10. T&T Repair Rocky Award - The “Rocky” award is given to the player who demonstrates a gritty and hard working attitude on the ice.   He is a physical presence every game and is well respected by his teammates, coaches and fans for his role.

11. Royal Bank Community Involvement Award   - A player that has contributed toward the development of our community projects by showcasing his “Bruin” colors through minor hockey, the school programs, senior visits, work around the office and other various activities.

LUCAS STUBEL

12. Bill Shinske Ethics Award - This award like the MVP award is one of our premier awards.  Bill was an individual who in the eyes of the community kept this club going in many ways.  Like Bill, this player plays a prominent role on the club and in the community.  This individual exemplifies a positive attitude, discipline, respect and pride.

13. Tower Café Most Valuable Player Award - This player deserves this award for his efforts both on and off the ice.  His work ethic and dedication towards the team are well showcased.  Plays with heart and wears his “work boots” every game and practice.  Respects the game and gives full respect to his teammates.  In the eyes of many he would be a valuable asset to any club.  An individual who truly is a positive role model and a great ambassador to the Estevan Bruins Hockey Club.

CHRIS NEAMONITIS

This award goes to the player who shows 100% DEDICATION, DETERMINATION, DISCIPLINE, DRIVE & DESIRE for the season. This is a new award started by the Bruins training staff, Gerry Aspen, Ed Moreau & Richard Winton (Tinty).

LUCAS STUBEL

15. Power Dodge Volunteer of the Year Appreciation Award.  – This award’s purpose is to show appreciation for a volunteer from the community who donates countless hours to enhance the Estevan Bruins Hockey Club as a whole. This person has been involved with the Estevan Bruins Hockey Club for at least two years and has proven to do anything to ensure the success of the club by helping out in every way possible. 

GAYLE GUSTASON 

 16. Yak’s Fitness IronMan Award - This award is given to the player that posted the most games played in the regular season. This player showed dedication & discipline in following a fitness routine in the off season & throughout the season, which allowed him to stay healthy & excel on the ice on game day.

RYAN ANDERSEN
