Bruins Look to Bounce Back Heading into the Holidays

THE BRUINS LOOK TO SNAP A TWO-GAME LOSING STREAK WITH TWO GAMES BEFORE CHRISTMAS

The Power Dodge Estevan Bruins are coming off a tough weekend.  The Bruins took a shootout contest in Melfort before dropping back to back games in Flin Flon and Nipawin.  However, the team still sports an impressive 23-10-0-1 record and sit atop the Viterra Division and second place in the SJHL standings.

The team is looking for redemption in their final two games before they head home for the holidays.  A home and home with Notre Dame will provide just that opportunity.  The Bruins will make the trip to Notre Dame on Wednesday night and return home to Affinity Place Friday for the rematch.

Notre Dame carries with them the league’s leading scorer, Ben Duppereault, while the Bruins have the fourth and fifth leading scorers respectively in Matt McNeil and Lynnden Pastachak.
