The Estevan Bruins of the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League (SJHL) are thrilled to announce that defenseman Dayton Deics has committed to St. Norbert College for the 22-23 season. The Green Knights are located in De Pere, Wisconsin and compete in the NACC conference. The Green Nights have won 5 NCAA Division III championships.
Deics (01), recorded 10 goals and 25 assists in 35 regular season games. Deics was a key contributor in the Bruins playoff championship with 3 goals and 11 assists in 16 playoff games. “Deics is a very mobile defensemen that competes every where on the ice. He was an anchor for us all year on the backend and a lead by example for us every night. Dayton Deics was very loyal to our program for three seasons and was great role model for us in our community. We look forward to watching Dayton’s college career and beyond”, commented Head Coach Jason Tatarnic
