Job Summary
The Eagle Sky Estevan Bruins are seeking a driven individual for their open Operations &
Marketing Director Role. The role involves overseeing the business activities, community
experience, and strategic marketing plans of a Junior A hockey club.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations and marketing budgets set out by board members
- Develop corporate sponsorship contracts and manage corporate relationships
- Collaborate with the SJHL and league sponsors on marketing initiatives
- Oversee staff associated with marketing, community involvement, bookkeeping, game-day experience, along with all other aspects to the business operation of the hockey club.
- Assist in fundraiser planning and events
Requirements
- Highschool Diploma
- Strong skills in customer relations, marketing, and organization
- Self motivated and task orientated
Work Arrangement: Fulltime employment with work hours tied to hockey season schedule
