The Estevan Bruins sent their fans home happy following the last regular season game at Affinity Place.

The Bruins exploded for four goals in the third period on their way to a 7-0 rout of the Notre Dame Hounds.

Forward Eric Pearce was the catalyst in the third, scoring three times and having multiple opportunities to score a fourth. A fourth marker would have sent every fan home with free pizza for the second time in three home games after forward Kade Runke accomplished the feat on Feb. 19 against Weyburn.

Forward Caelan Fitzpatrick also scored twice for Estevan.

Goaltender Cam Hrdlicka continued his remarkable season, making 32 saves through out the night and posting another shut out.

The Bruins remain in first place and have just two regular season games remaining, both of which are on the road.

The playoffs are soon approaching, but the official dates are not decided at this time. The Bruins will inform the public once the dates are in place.
