Garett Zasitko Acquired By Bruins

The Estevan Bruins have acquired forward Garett Zasitko from the Langley Rivermen of the BCHL for a player development fee. The 6’2 forward played for the Winnipeg Blues prior to Langley. In 16 games Zasitko registered 7 goals and 8 assists. The season prior, Zasitko had 13 goals and 12 assists in 50 games. Zasitko is expected to the join the team early next week. “Garett has a heavy shot and we’re hoping that will translate into some goals for us.” Remarked Head Coach and GM, Jason Tatarnic. “We’re excited to add Garett and looking forward to having him in a Bruins uniform.”
