Office Administrator position accepting applications

The Estevan Bruins Jr A Hockey Club is accepting applications for the Office Administrator position.

The position will require 20 hours per week, wage to be negotiated.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Season ticket tracking (sales and renewals)

-Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables

-Basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks

-Payroll

-Bank runs

-month-end reconciliation of bank accounts and VISA

-scholarship tracking records

-assist with annual budget planning

-attend monthly board meetings and take minutes

-obtaining and reporting of SLGA licences

-GST & Source Deductions remittances

-PST & WCB remittances

-filing and ensuring office supplies are stocked

-Game day duties include getting cash floats, organizing gate workers and 50/50 sellers, printing off game ticket
