The Eagle Sky Estevan Bruins are offering a revamped Breakfast Club in 2025-26, breaking the program into four parts to focus on specific skillsets over the various months.

This allows parents flexibility to pick and choose what type of skills their kids are working on and breaks up the schedule into more manageable increments of 1-3 months for families with busy schedules.

**All ice times run from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m. throughout the season at Power Dodge Arena**

PART 1: On-Ice Conditioning and Power Skating

Features 4 Sessions: Sept. 23, 24; Oct. 1, 7

The first series of sessions focuses on hockey’s most fundamental aspect: Skating. During these four sessions, kids will work on drills geared towards helping them get the most out of their skating stride and work on their on-ice conditioning.

Registration: $100 (Ages: U9-U15)

PART 2: Shooting and Puck Skills

Features 6 sessions: October: 8, 14, 21, 22, 28, 29

The second series, starting in October, features a focus on shooting and puck skills. This includes handling the puck with confidence, drills to work on puck control and tips to improve their shot and take it to the next level.

Registration: $180.00 (Ages: U9-U15 up to 25 kids)

PART 3: Forwards/Defensemen Focused Skills

Features 10 sessions: November: 4, 5, 12, 18, 26; December: 2, 3, 10, 16, 17

Because December is a shortened hockey schedule with the holiday break, the third group of sessions will run over the two months of November and December, with an emphasis on position-specific skill development.

Where should a winger be in the defensive zone on the breakout? How should defenceman handle an odd-man rush? This week answers these and similar questions, with drills on more specific positional needs (such as backwards skating for defensemen) being a focus.

Registration: $280.00 (Ages: U9-U15 up to 25 kids)

PART 4: High Performance Skills:

Features 10 sessions: January: 6, 20, 27; February: 3, 10, 17, 18, 24; March: 3, 10

The final months of the season will feature a High Performance focus. This is a highly-competitive slate of sessions for ages U11-U15 interested in competing at a high level. High performance means lots of battle drills: participants will work on handling the puck under pressure, beating their checks in one-on-one drills and more.

Registration: $280.00 (Ages: U11-U15).
