The Eagle Sky Estevan Bruins return to home ice at Affinity Place this week, when the team hosts the La Ronge Ice Wolves for a pair of games tonight (Wednesday) and Friday night, to kick-off a five-game home-stand.
Wednesday night
The Estevan Kinette Club will be in the house tonight, collecting and selling new PJs for their PJ Project! All pajamas donated will go to the Estevan Community Hampers and Angel Tree.
Friday night
Friday will be a loaded game night, with the Salvation Army Estevan’s annual Teddy Bear Toss, AND First Responders Night!
Bring your own teddy bear to toss when the Bruins score their first goal, or purchase one in the lobby from the Salvation Army table. All teddys will be donated to Estevan and area seniors homes to brighten the residents’ rooms ahead of the holidays.
Also make sure to bring the kids to Friday’s game early to check out the emergency vehicles on display out front of Affinity Place for First Responders Night! In recognition of the brave men and women who keep our community safe, we will also have a special ceremonial faceoff pregame.
FORE THE LOVE OF HOCKEY
Tickets will also be available for sale at both Bruins’ games this week for the team’s FORE THE LOVE OF HOCKEY Fundraiser!
Enter for the chance to win a Global Golf session with the Bruins players of your choice! You and your party will get a Global Golf Session with your favourite Bruins (party max of six members).
The draw for this prize will be November 29. Tickets are just $10 and are also available at the Bruins office.
Both Wednesday and Friday night’s games will be 7 p.m. starts at Affinity Place. Both will be available on FloHockey and for free on the Bruins YouTube Livestream with pregame starting each night at 6:45 p.m.
