The Battlefords North Stars frustrated the Estevan Bruins Tuesday night at Affinity Place.
Despite outshooting the North Stars 43-21, Estevan could not find the net and lost a tight one 1-0.
Sam Witt scored the only goal of the hockey game for the visitors.
Michael Harroch made 43 saves in the shutout victory.
Estevan could not capitalize on the power play, going 0 for 6.
The Bruins drop just their second game in regulation since the Christmas break. It was also the first time they’ve been shut out this season.
Estevan has a quick turnaround and is right back in action Wednesday night in Yorkton.
