The Estevan Bruins have added forward Liam Lucas (03) to their line-up from the Merritt Centennials of the BCHL. The Chateauguay, QB native recorded 13 goals and 24 assists for Vermont Academy last season. “Lucas is a very smart player that gives you an honest effort every night. Lucas sees the ice very well and can create offensive opportunities. He served as the team captain for Vermont Academy duo we know he possess leadership skills” commented Head Coach, Jason Tatarnic. Lucas will be joining the Bruins this coming week for practice, as they prepare for their home opener on Friday night, when the Bruins host the Yorkton Terriers.
